HOUSING DEVELOPMENT
                    ON THE CUYUNA RANGE

  Realizing the vital importance of  a need for affordable housing on the Cuyuna
  Range, CREDI holds leadership positions with the following:

  Crow Wing County Housing Task Force
  Crow Wing County Revolving Loan Fund Committee
  Central MN Regional Housing Advisory Group
  Central MN Housing Partnership

  In the past two years, CREDI has assisted developers in providing a new
  12-unit Multi-family Townhome development; 18 single family homes and
  developed lots and, for 2002, continuing the pre-development activites for
  an additional 36 units of multi-family housing and 24 affordable single-family
  homes.
